Homemade Adventist Vege Burgers

When we were up in Spokane we were talking about homemade Vege Burgers. I just had to make some tonight. They turned out pretty good!

Here is the finished product. I should have gotten some tomato. Outside of that it was delish!

Updates – I got asked for the recipe. I posted in the comments but also figured I would update the post so folks can read it here as well.

I used the following:

  • 3/4 can of vege burger
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 eggs – if you add more of the others you may want to add another egg
  • 5 saltine crackers – It could have used a few more.

If I wasn’t on the diet I would have used oil but given I am I just used pam. It took a bit longer to cook it into a burger patty.
