I had someone post a comment on my blog post (here) for the recipe. So I figured I would share this with everyone with the permission of my coworker.
Peanut Butter Cake
1 pkg (18.25 ounces) yellow cake mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
2-3 tbsp milk
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tbsp coarsely chopped peanuts
1. Mix water, eggs and peanut butter until well blended. Incorporate cake mix.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes in a greased fluted pan.
3. When cake is cool, whisk together peanut butter, milk and powdered sugar. Pour glaze over cake.
4. Add chopped peanuts to the top.
