Weekly Weight Watchers Diet Update – June 5, 2017

So I am very happy to report that I lost weight this week and made up for gaining some last week! I hit my goal before 6/13/2017. I am sooo excited! Checkout the awesome announcement that I got! So excited to hit the over 75 lbs mark!

This weeks weight loss: 3.2 lbs

Total weight loss: 76.6 lbs 

Weekly Weight Loss Update April 10, 2017

I am always looking to add more and more content. So I’ve been chatting with folks and I am going to start documenting my food a bit more than I have been, the experience, and how much I’ve lost or gained. The past month or two its been a roller coaster for my weight loss and figured others may be interested in reading more about what I am doing. I am going to start putting this in my food category because you can enjoy food and lose weight. Its all about choices. This week I lost 2.4LBS for a total of 65.6LBS. This week I finally dropped another point in my Weight Watchers program. I am down to 61 daily¬†points with 42 bonus weekly points. I cannot tell you how happy seeing the daily points drop made me this morning!
