I’m a creature of habit.. yes I have the same thing for breakfast everyday. But I do that because it’s low points. In this case only 6 points and allows me to save points for lunch and dinner.

Enjoyed a delish 18 point lunch. As I promised Ill be posting all meals this week. Need to stay on track and accountable. Not that I wasn’t this past week but, need to not continue the lbs gains that have been happening the past two weeks! So in an effort to track accordingly here you go.
