Weekly Weight Watchers Update July 3, 2017
So this week I was able to lose a bit. I was kinda worried yesterday when I stepped on the scale and was .2lbs gained. But today I am happy to report I lost some weight. Here is to another week.

Total Weight Loss: 78.6lbs
Weekly Weight Watchers Update April 24, 2017
Okay so I was able to weigh myself before heading off to the airport. We’ll see how well I do at the end of this week having travelled. I’ll be happy to break even or even lose.
