Starting the New Year aka 2021 off with tracking my food. Here we go. Need to lose some weight again. 2020 quarantine and lack of food options at the start of the lock downs made me get into some old habits. Here are to new habits.
Here is this weeks weigh in. I did have a few days I went over my allotted points. But that’s okay. I still lost. Not as much as I would have hoped. But here is to this week.
So today was weigh in Monday. I’m happy to report I lost 4.8lbs.
