Here is this weeks weigh in. I did have a few days I went over my allotted points. But that’s okay. I still lost. Not as much as I would have hoped. But here is to this week.
So today was weigh in Monday. I’m happy to report I lost 4.8lbs.
Enjoyed my first Saturday breakfast on the Green Weight Watchers plan which is the smart points plan. Love it!! Made me feel good. I can tell a difference so excited to weigh in on Monday.
