I enjoyed a delish breakfast this morning. This was pretty good. I really liked the little Sargento Sweet Balanced Break. This one had banana chips, dark chocolate covered peanuts, and peanut drops. Very delish! I counted this and dinner already and still have 1,100 calories left for lunch! Awesome!!
So this week I didn’t lose I actually gained .6LBS! This is life! I have had it happen before and won’t let it get me down.
